The numbers of allies BOB had was well documented at the beginning of the war.. I'm not sure what issue you are trying to make of it now.. As the game grows, so does the size of groups.. the choice to form meta-alliances like RSF or grow internally is 1 each group makes for itself. BOB has grown with the game, it not hughly big compared to other groups, so being angry about "mass recruiting" is a bit strange..
